At high repetition rates, this nonsymmetrical issue disappears, thanks to the isotropic heat diffusion out of the focal volume [25–27]. In fact, a circular symmetry of the waveguide cross section is achievable due to heat accumulation, which makes the waveguide larger than the focal point. Typically, the waveguide diameter increases with the repetition rate of the laser and can be up to ten times the focal diameter 2ω0 of the laser,
